I have a diverse background with a common theme: an authentic passion for the customer, capturing needs and desires and converting them into successful products. I started at Microsoft where I deployed and tuned customer service databases in Italy, managed testing of the first localized version of SQL Server in Ireland, defined development guidelines to simplify localization in Redmond, contributed to three full releases of SQL Server, developed a content management system worlwide marketing documents. Presented with the opportunity to join one of the best design schools in Italy and Harvard graduate school of design, I chose Italy and added product design to my competencies. After graduation, I founded a design studio agency and since then I’ve been serving leading companies on product development, innovation and communication. The studio has been granted with four design patents, produced several products for international markets, developed web and ecommerce sites, established long term relationships with clients, and it has been awarded with the women entrepreneur award by the city of Milan.
