Gala Restaurant celebrates what normally is in the backstage of the restaurants: the kitchen and the art of cooking. It shares with guests the meal creation and makes of it the main experience: what our guests will treasure in their memories. Our reference is the show, and the red carpet is the symbol. The design of the restaurant is inspired to it. The red carpet is a structural element that goes from the entry to the reception, to the lounge and up the stairs to the dining area. The first floor has three stages where the chef performs the final preparation of the plates, a show in three acts: appetizer, main dish and dessert. Dining becomes a new experience, with a closer relationship with the restaurant and its staff, an experience that renews itself every time, because every dinner is a new show. Gala, developed during the workshop led by Simone Micheli o, is the proposal for the remake of P Food & Wine, a restaurant located in Turin, Italy which was temporarily opened for the 2006 Olympic Games. |
